good learning programme, not too long, the test is really interesting as this makes you think.

Perhaps some hands on use of extinguishers would be of good use to people to compliment the theory training and test

The resources and films are very good, but the test questions are poor. For example, it would be better to test someone more on knowledge of types of extinguisher than the % of businesses that close down after a fire!!
it was good to learn all about fire safety and how to prevent a fire also what to use in the case of fire and what type of extinguisher to use if needed
