Very easy to follow and understand
Comprehensive, proportionate, concise and appropriate.
A very easy programme to follow & absorb information. Straight forward & concise.
Presenter communicates the essentials without being patronising.
Gives lots of interesting background information, although again the pace can be quite slow, with some of the information being a little bit common sense.
Really covered all the essential fire safety pointers.
VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD AND VERY HELPFULL, AND WILL SAVE LIVES.
Good, clear training programme. The only shame was there was a lot of hanging about as I had to wait for the various sessions to go through lenghty bufferings before programmes opened. So time to complete more like 11/2hrs instead of 45mins
If we have to do this annually it would be nice if it changed how it is presented!
The presenter gave clear instructions & explained it well.
