The training was very informative, clear and easy to follow! I felt the system was easy to use and extremely helpful in providing a clear understanding of the information.

I found it informative and some of the information I had known before. The fire extinguishers section was quite long maybe could break it up with the short questions.

I need to know the type of fire and extinguisher. I do not need to know the calsification letter of the fire. Have a look at your table - the latter is the most significant thing visible. The extinguishers do not carry this letter so why use it. For the warning or advisory signs I need to know the international symbols I do not need to know the combination of letter colour and background colour. I need to be tested on the symbols not the colour. For one of the videos the fire fighter is behind the fire so you can not judge how far he is away from the flames. For the trial of the extinguisher why not test it immediately you take it off the wall, then you know whether to tackle the blaze. I want to understand the behaviour of the fire I do not need to know whether smoke can cause fire by convection or radiation, you just need to know that it can be hot. You have designed this for the people responsible for fire safety not the people who run from or tackle the fire.

Very good, but Water extinguisher slide cuts out before the end (tried it a few times) and window sizing was a problem as couldn't see the bottom of the slide. I re-sized the window and this caused the training to crash.

Concise, mandatory training. This is pitched correctly for refresher training.

I will use this, not only in the workplace, but in everyday life.

The programme has all the information required and is easy to understand and follow.

Very useful and helpful in the delivery of such an important training programe, It enabled me to learn as I went and gave me knowledge I did not have. As i am doing risk assesments at the moment this helped me to move forward with my job roles when visiting sites for students work experience.
