Marked incorrect when the answers were correct
A comprehensive course without being over wordy or boring. It kept my attention, which helps you to remember what you are being told. The hardest part was the scientific bits about the types of fire, I felt this to be not really necessary for my needs.
I found the programme easy to follow and was to the point without unneccessary jargon .

Informative and easy to follow with reinforced messages. Could be improved with removing the clickable links and just use the arrow keys to move to the next section. Voice over is cut off in one of the videos.
