I now feel fully informed of what i should do in the event of a fire.

I really enjoyed this, and liked learning about the different extinguishers.

I go not think that e learning is the best or most effective way to learn, heance the 2* rating.

Informative and easy to learn from, good wake up call to things you may not be aware of

Makes you think about what you would do if a fire broke out. Good overview.

nice and easy, a lot is common sense but easy to understand the information

I enjoyed the layout and content of the course and found the information easy to retain. I did have issues however with the programme freezing and repeating sections which is why I have rated as 3 stars.

Volume too loud & could not reduce without turning sound off. Has resulted in ear ache.

Videos were good, though one seemed to cut out before the end.

Very good but first time did the course, it threw me out after completing it and it did not put me through to the test, therefore had to re-do the training all over again.
