The contents of the course were good and it was quite well presented. Duration was closer to 90 minutes as I constantly had to refresh the screen in order to get pictures to download correctly. Exasperated that event he certification had to be refreshed!!!

The training was good. Made me think about the answers and brought fire awareness to the front of my mind. I had difficulty accessing the training at home and had to complete it at work which was a little inconvenient.

Very clear and concise, easy to follow and very informative training. Visual aids effective also.

I think the general advice re extinguishers is difficult to assimilate (particularly after a significant time duration following awareness training) and for most office environments it could be simplified to dry powder ONLY............ to remove any doubt/decision making in an emergency situation ?

A very in depth programme, covering all aspects needed. Very good.

The video was fairly easy to follow and informative but fairly technical in relation to the 'combustion triangle', the types and uses of fire extinguishers and how much fire-fighting is acceptable. The video included examples of live-action extinguishers being used so you know what's in the bottles, and useful animations on the spread of fires and smoke.
