good explained material not boring or to tech to lose the person in over the top detail. Good for anyone who has limited knowledge but keen to learn.
The training has really raised my awareness of the importance of learning about how to tackle and deal with most types of fire.

informative and quick - everyone should take this training
Sound basic knowledge of evacuation procedures, fire extinguishers and signage, also a good appreciation of how fire spreads its causes and the sources of ignition to look out for. Gives a good reason to carry out risk assessment within your own work areas to supplement the fire risk assessment for the building.

I found the training was pitched at the correct level and was not patronising. I now feel confident that I know what to do to both avoid the outbreak of fires and what to do in the event of a fire.
The training package is well presented and easy to digest. My only criticism is one of the video sections did not work.
