Suitable approach to the basics of fire awareness

A step by step approach which quickly informed about:the causes of fire, its consequences, how to avoid a fire. Then it explained what to do in the event of a fire: raising the alarm and tackling with the appropriate extinguishers. As a consequence of completing this training I am off to unplug some things around the house and to find the fire blanket which has been tidied out of sight. At work, I will look at the signs and extinguishers and, in particular look for warning notices in the S6 common room. Thank you.

The information is presented clearly and it is an easy way to be introduced to Fire Awareness.

A very detailed programme which was useful and applicable. I especially appreciated the different types of extinguisher for the different types of fire. I am now better informed and more aware therefore more confident to do the right thing if required.

Ilearnt alot of useful information relating to fires, learning about all the differant types of extinguishers was good and what type of fires they were used for.
