The training was clear and concise. I thought the videos were very good and I feel confident that I would know what to do in a fire.
Still missing pictures and sound In places, using subtitles, but its hard not having pictures when doing the test at the end.
I think all people should have an awareness of this subject as it can affect the home as well as the work place. it has also made me more aware of my surrounding when i am out and about (in a shopping center i will now look for fire exits which i would not have bothered with before). I think it is also very important to know what extinguishes should be used for what type of fire and how to recognise the different class of fires. Equally important is to know the consequences of what could happen if the wrong type of extinguisher is used.
Helpful in understanding what to do in the event of a fire
Too much superfluous information such as BS numbers etc. It doesn't matter to the end user.
Good programme, however had great difficulty gaining access to the test (took five attempts) wouldn't let me re-take test.
Enjoyed taking test, and gained a lot of knowledge.
I thought that the training was really informative and helped raise some key safety issues that needed to be refreshed. I liked the length of the programme and the delivery was at the right pace.
I enjoyed the course and it was very detailed yet relevant.
Overall a decent introductiont o cover tehmain themes of fire safety - clearly presented and thorough enough. It was slow in some areas and didnt really take account of prior knowledge, which might be something to revise should there be clearer summary options on what each section contains.
