Videos didn't work in some sections which mean't had to read subtitles which was awkward

As many of the clips did not work I relied on the subtitles, which was sufficient to pass the test. I was not impressed that the first few pages gave me error messages and this did not give me any confidence in the training programme.

I found the programme very informative, easy to follow and above all interesting 😊

I would like to be able to start with the test and only do the training if you fail the test.

The training was very easy to follow and understand. I found it very informative, I have a better know of fire now & tips to survive it!

I take notes as I go, I would advise others to this as it helps for the test at the end. Good demonstration of how to use fire extinguishers.

A well presented, easy to follow training course which gave a good grounding in the subject.

Good overall training package

Good programme - well suited to online and good that you can go back and forth and review parts when people come in the office and disturb your thinking.

I managed between devices but the workflow was therefor poor.
