Simple and easy to understand with very good content

A very informative and easy to follow course
Keeping down where there is a fire and then standing up to operate an extinguisher is incorrect. Many extinguishers are heavy and require good physique to stand upright with them and there is obviously less smoke when crouching and the operator can effectivly use it to shield themselves from heat radiattion. I speak from 23 years as a Safety Enngineer.
