Well written course
Useful information, but test questions seemed of variable quality. I would like to have been tested more on my ability to understand and reduce the risks, and to know how to respond in an emergency, rather than my ability to recall remembered information, e.g. the shape/colour of particular signage!

Very easy package to use with the ability to control the speed of the training programme. Very informative with clear informative narrative and text.
Very detailed but some sections a bit too long - a lot of information to remember
Well organised into clear sections. The sound was variable in parts - sometimes it was loud and sometimes soft, which was difficult to listen to with headphones. The presenter had a good, easy listening voice.
