Extremely Useful!
The fire safety course was comprehensive and the information easy to absorb and understand.
This fire awareness training took an hour to complete on-line. Most of it fairly basic information but accurate. Thought the questions surrounding 'How many fires are caused by arson?' and 'How many companies re-open after a fire?' were unnecessary as part of the 20 question test afterwards.
This is an accessible programme for all employees that can be completed at their own pace.

sound went a little quiet a couple of times otherwise good, concise and informative
Good clear information provided that was easy to digest in readiness for the test
The only thing that wasn't good was the section on identifying hazards: as each description was given, more of the picture was obscured, making it impossible to identify other hazards.
Covered the subject well, but it ran very slowly on the pc I was using and during the questions it was so slow, that when I clicked one answer twice, it then took that click as the following page, so I got that question wrong. Then it froze altogether on Q11, and eventually I had to start again and re-do the whole test.
