The course was clear and well explained with concise summaries after each section. The flexibility of the programme was particularly appreciated enabling a break to be taken at any time during the course. The test was well covered by the training programme.

Good choice of videos making it easy to follow and giving comprehensive information. Good interaction with viewer!
Suggestion. I used a tablet to view the programme. It was necessary to use the sub title option in order to get all of the information which would later be required for the test. I also had difficulties obtaining the certificate at the end.
