Learnt more than I thought I would!
The questions didnt always match up with the information given / the proceedure at school
The training was very informative. It was good to have a question at the end of each stage to review what had been learned, and the test at the end was user-friendly.
Quite good overall, but too long in time- leads to reluctance to participate. Some elements could be taught much more succinctly. Opening section more like a GCSE physics class than adult training, this could lead to cynicism in the trainee.
Such a good little software package that's easy to use, informative and great for induction programmes.
Not too long or boring!
One criticism is that unless you have your PC Screen on 100% zoom, you are unable to see the button that says take test. It took me several hours of trying before I discovered the button when signing onto on another PC. It would be helpful to tell candidates to set their Zoom at 100% maximum before taking the test.
