I have undertaken fire awareness training previouly, this was the easiest and most useful course I have undertaken.
Very useful
Detailed and useful fire safety training including different fire extinguishers for different fires, I found this very informative.
The content was good but I found the delivery to be a bit on the simplistic side and more in tune with what I would expect at GCSE level in a school. I appreciate that it is insanely difficult to pitch a presentation to cover all abilities present in the workplace but, I felt this particular presentation pandered to the more non-academic side. One element I would dissagree with is it is not necessary to know what the different classes of fire are, only that there are different classes and that not all extinguishers are suitable for all types. The key is to read the extinguisher itself to ensure that it is suitable. It is nice to know the different types but not necessary to test them at the end (I didn't have a problem here but imagine others might!).
