Only trouble - the audio was intermittent - so I had to rely on the subtitles Also some of the slides didn't appear to work - I didn't get any images on the section re signage - again relied on the subtitle information
The educational side was excellent but the IT bit needs a bit of attention for technophobes like me. I am not actually sure if I read all that I was meant to read as only noticed boxes below main screen at 4 and I didn't know initially how to go back. A few more instructions would have helped me with technology. Thank you.
Great course taking in causes of fire, how to evacuate safely, how/if to tackle a fire and good explanations on which extinguishers to use and under what circumstances. Very informative and broken down into short chunks to allow each section to be understood properly.
With 100 percent on my certificate, I will do it again next year. It is good course that has reminded me how to use the extinguisher properly and how to classify the fire etc. Thanks Wendy

More efficient way of providing this type of training that can be taken at a convenient time.
I found the interactive course informative and easy to use with the information presented in an easily understood and logical manner. My only drawback was related principally to the IT equipment at my workplace where the sound was of poor quality and the videos where slow to download and suffered badly from buffering. I used the subtitle option which was very helpful.
