As with the First Aid course, well designed and delivered; clear instruction, excellent narrators. I especially appreciate (can't rate this highly enough) the quiet ambience: no unnecessary noises, no background sounds. This is perfect for autism spectrum people and/or those with sensory hyper-sensitivities.
