Regarding the section of the course on WORKING PRACTICES: The question 'Working Practices can be fire hazards - TRUE or FALSE' is very ambiguous in it's meaning. The answer to the question is TRUE. If you are following the company's working practices (which have been thoroughly risk assessed and which the employee is aware about) then the answer surely would be FALSE. The answer is TRUE if an employee's 'working practices' do not comply with correct company procedures. I feel this question should be re-worded to clarify the meaning of the question.

I liked having the transcript and chance to replay videos if needed. You can listen and read and it's easy to take in. I think it's good the way it is, nothing that I would have changed.
