I felt this was very good with a great list of life saving important points . At times I wanted to think about what I was reading and felt it can be a lot to remember at times sometimes older people may take longer to allow information to sink in . Overall I felt this was very very good .

doing the training on line is easier and you can do it in the comfort of your own home and in your own time which can be such a benefit.

Consider double checking the site because, many of the staff had problems login. Kept saying, disable the popups in most of the devices. Otherwise when you do manage to login, the training is quite good and educative.

The course is easy to work through, the information clearly delivered, both visually and with written summary after each section, and laid out in manageable sections. The Fire Evacuation section was interesting and made me think about how to safely assist others when leaving a building.
