It is a very good refresher for us to remember the procedures and to remind ourselves of any new update.
EASY TO FOLLOW AND COVERED ALL OF THE MAJOR POINTS .ALSO THE FIRST TIME I HAD HEARD OF THE USE OF REFUGE AREAS AND PHASED EVACUATIONS .VERY INFORMATIVE THANK YOU

Found it good as I could do it at home or work and at my own pace. It covered all aspects of fire relating to my role in the day care centre.

Some of the training details were quite complicated. I wasn't sure if I needed to know about the use of the different fire extinguishers, but at least I will check which ones are where when I'm next in my workplace. Other aspects of fire awareness were quite thought provoking and at least it raises awareness of a lot of issues.
