Very informative although a little long.
I would recoomend taking notes throughout to help with the end quiz as it's a lot to remember.
Improve - let me read at my pace
This training would be better if you could read at your own pace, rather than having to listen to the presenters. Also takes 55 minutes not 35 minutes as suggested at the start.
