This course was full of great information, which was easily understood and clear to the point of what needs to be done in the event of a fire and keeping everyone involved calm and safe
Covers all key areas concisely and gives the correct level of info . Allows you to go in to areas if you need more info. I have taken this twice and it was still freshI enjoed this course
Much of this was new to ie TYPES of fire and TYPES of extinguisher. I shall retain the 2 pages of notes I name to pass the test!
