The course was very good, but, it wasn't made very clear what fire extinguisher you should use on what fire. also electrical fires were not part of the 5 types of fire. Do you really expect people to remember that CO2 can be used on B fires, and Powder extinguishers can be used on A, B, and C fires? It's a shame that there isn't one extinguisher for ALL fires.

Even for somebody with a relatively strong grasp of the science and risk with fire, I learned something about duration of extinguishers, holding a fire blanket and positioning oneself in the event of tackling fire. Using different presenters kept your attention, I suspect that was no accident! Where possible, without triggering past trauma in individual, would a brief reference to past incidents hook people in more? I wonder if e.g. King's Cross Fire or Bradford City would be of use, especially around storage and cleaning of materials, keeping exits clear Thank-you!

I found the course easy to do as it was split into manageable chunks and you could complete it in parts. The course was well structured and informative. It made us aware of the different kinds of fires, various fire-related signs around the building and the different kinds of fire extinguishers.

I find the suggested timings for most of the courses to be very optimistic. I have done 2 this evening which both took longer than the suggested times.

The length of video clips is long and this is inconvenient for busy professional

I found the fire awareness online course very informative. The content was pitched just right. My awareness of fire safety has been enhanced considerably, especially the different fire extinguishers and their specific uses.
