A well structured, informative and engaging training. I loved the video demonstrations and the clear speaking voices of the presenters. Having a question after each questions was useful to so I could assess my knowledge as I went along. Really well done!

As with all the other courses, I found this one excellent. It focuses on the message of only fighting a fire if you can win the fight. Otherwise leave it to the professionals.
Videos do not auto run when pressing Next and some questions - including those with answers on the test - are wrong and do not conform to current UK legislative rules as indicated on His Majesties Government website.
Very good learnt a lot different things from last one .
Very good online fire awareness training, also good if you get a question wrong you can review the video's again.
Very good course with clear instructions with appropriate delivery acting and demonstrations. It certainly educated me about different types of fires and extinguishers
