The short sharp videos gave you plenty of time to take in what was very interesting information.

The training was very informative highlighting specific points that are easily remembered, not giving you memory overload.

I enjoyed doing this course as it is so important, and only received 85% because I was interrupted during the test.

I thought it was very clear and well put together. Simple to go through but covered a lot.I think it would have been useful to lose some jargon around Classes of fire and make more reference to what those types of fire were as it was hard to keep remembering that.

Excellent course, very thorough and clear. I thought the mix of presenters was good as it is more interesting hearing and seeing different people speaking. Perhaps also presenters of mixed races might be an improvement.

difficult to navigate if you got an incorrect answer on the test. i was not told i had completed the training although i got an e-mail thanking me for doing so!

So slow! Would be easier and quicker to just read a document that could contain images to help.
