The three presenters were very personable and very clear in their instructions. I particularly liked the summary at the end of each section. I have attended quite a few fire awareness courses over the years and this was one of the best.

It was more detailed and easy to to get on and do i liked the fact that it breaks it down before the test. Gets you really thinking and with the stuff you may know before it puts it in to more detail
