The course is very accessible and clearly explained. The summaries at the end of each section are particularly helpful, identifying the main points which is useful for the test at the end.

Useful and helpful, though alot of information to process for the test.
I can never remember the Convection, Conduction, Radiation section - is it possible to explain this in an easier way?
Extremely informative and tests are important in assessing how much is taken in. Refresher needed on many areas.
The course is easy to understand, straightforward and informative. It is easy to follow and there are documents to help you.
The option to have the subtitles on was great. There was a lot of detail but it was clear and concise. Not having a time limit on the assessment was good as it took away a bit of pressure. I feel more confident having completed the training again.
