Excellent and easy to use.

It was very informative. Some bits were obvious but I also learned some new things. The only issue was, when taking the test, the website froze after 14 questions and when it came back I had to start the test again!

4/5
Easy to navigate

A very comprehensive explanation but the words and the lip movements in some videos were out of sync which I found difficult to watch.

4/5
Really clear easy to understand course

A very good course that was easy to follow had some good recap questions to answer. The graphics, charts and pictures added to a very comprehensive explanation of recognising, understanding and dealing with fires. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

5/5
Just a bit weak in parts

Not as good as previous efforts. I found it almost belittling in places. Aimed so what at a primary school audience .

3/5
Clear and concise

It was useful and clarified some points about how to tackle a fire that I was uncertain of such as which extinguisher to use on certain fires. Showing how the extinguishers are actually operated was useful.

4/5
OK

More detail than most employees would need.

3/5
Concise and not too long winded.

Course froze around 3 times during use, frustrating when trying to complete within a short, specified period of time. Apart from that, relevant and useful information.

4/5

5/5
Clear and informative.

The programme was well presented , clear and informative. It was useful as a reminder about what to do in case of a fire. The section on the different fire extinguishers was particularly useful. It made me realise that I need to revisit the exact location of fire extinguishers in our school and reread our fire prevention policy.
