There was a lot of information to take in one session. It was hard at times to stay concentrated in some sections. Felt uncomfortable wearing ear phones for the period of time and this became an irritation however needed to wear them as am working in an office with others working. I thought the questions in the exam would be more related to a school environment like who was responsible for pupils safety. would be best if time taken was no more than 30minutes as it is difficult to attend for any longer. Felt on visual overload at times also scanning the screen. Age of staff should maybe a consideration with regard to visual deficits.

A very detailed course that explained EVERYTHING you possibly need to know. Especially good feature that you don't have to do it all in one go but can come back to it.
An important course. It's essential to be aware of what might cause fire and also to know how to put one out if the worst did happen. So the course was very useful but I thought that it was too long and went into too much detail. 30 to 35 minues should be the maximum length. I thought some of the questions in the test were irrelevant, for example the colour of the writing on the fire hydrant.
The programme did crash a couple of times and there doesn't appear to be a pause system
