Excellent - simple to follow and clear to understand, good balance between video and visual written information.
Really comprehensive course. Just I have never seen a whole range of different fire extinguishers in an office environment covering a range of different fire types.
Good to do this each year to remind me of procedures and to consolidate
Very good, easy to use. I like the idea of videos rather than all the reading.
Clear, concise and eay to understand. Graphics were excellent and speaking voice was strong and non-patronising.
Informative, unpatronising and even quite interesting at times. Without doubt the best among the three courses I have taken - in my opinion at least. Sometimes the test questions involve common sense, though.
Good to have audio, visual and written information and goes at a pace which helps the new knowledge stick!
