Found it interesting, information videos good it was nice to be able to leave it & come back to it if called away from office & to be able to go back & re watch video clips if needed.

The course was brief and well segmented. It consolidated knowledge perviously held and served as a good reminder of proceedures. Really good mix of text, visuals and speech.
Well laid out with clear information. Liked the fact that it could be completed in several sessions and saved your progress as I went along.
I found it too technical for what I need to know. Some of the information I felt was irrelevant to what I need to know as a support worker in a school and drew my attention and focus away from the more important details - keeping children safe. However in my view 80% was useful and relevant.
