A detailed, informative and educational course that fully explained the issue at hand. Enjoyed the training.
The course was clear, concise and comprehensive. It was useful to be able to go back to check facts which were set out in a logical way. The speaker was personable and held my attention. Using tests scattered throughout the sections helped to focus the mind. Thank you.
Very informative course. Well designed - The competitive streak in me made me take the test at the end again so I got 100%, which ironed out the parts I wasn't so sure on!
I felt I learnt a lot doing this course. A bit more summary might have been useful as there was a lot of information to digest.
Informative and clear. Well illustrated, although possibly a bit over-long in certain areas. The last section (on extinguishers) seemed a bit unnecessarily dragged out. Otherwise, fine. Thank you!
