The use of the same trainer, delivering the summary at the start of each section, aids cohesion. Furthermore, the use of a person helps to remind us that the training is more than a tick box exercise - real lives are on the line.
Brilliant course, would definitely recommend to everyone to complete to build up your confidence in dealing with fire. Very useful as well as a refresher as well from time to time.
