interesting and informative. good clear voices of the instructors. the only thing found was videos sometimes took a long time to load.

This course had lots of information, broken down into bite-size chunks. The videos give lots of information and you are able to pause and revisit if you feel the need to. The questions at the end of each segment keep you on task and prepared for the final test. The test at the end is multiple choice and you also have the option to revisit the video when answered incorrectly, which is a great idea. I found this course informative and even though I knew some of the information already, there was plenty I didn't.

It was informative and clear. The graphics were good quality - very clear and supported the dialogue. I like the way you used more than one presenter to keep the training more interesting. Breaking the training down into sections was useful for note taking and reflection, as well as concentration.
