Positives: can read transcript along with the videos. Negatives: 1) Doesn't focus on important things - e.g. focuses on colours of signs & language (hazard vs risk), rather than what poses the risks (sorry, hazards). 2) Starts off really slow, but then expects you to memorise 5 fire types by letter with no warning (e.g. you must not use this extinguisher on a Type D fire - er, remind me what type D was again? No? Never mind then) 3) Uses female voices for all the faffing and then a man for the 'important bits' #everydaysexism 4) If you pause the training and come back later you end up having to re-watch the same video segment three times in full.
Great awareness course on Fire training for everyone working in Education.

The course was very clear, with lots of summarising and repetition which was useful. The little films were much better than just reading a lot of information on slides, and the narrators were very clear and audible. Taking the test was stressful, but did keep me focused.

Thought this a really good training course particularly something as important as fire safety. Found it useful being shown how to use ALL the extinguishers.

Good course, my fault for mistakes in test mixing up the wrong names
