Very easy to follow. Information is presented in sections so it is easy to absorb all the information. Good pace - I was able to take notes during the presentation without having to pause the video. The summary at the end of each section helps. I also liked the questions which popped up as the video progressed. Keeps you alert and helps you to focus!

Very factual and to the point. Headings, subheadings at the top were very helpful for making notes and keeping place in overall training. Summaries were also very useful. Presenters were clear and easy to listen to.

Although I'd carried out practical fire safety. It was informative to do the theory. I learnt a lot.
My only criticism is that I was unable to ask a question with the Stop, Drop and Roll section should your clothes be on fire. My question would be, how would a significantly pregnant woman cope with this?
