Think this course is very useful but the questions are not. They seem designed to catch people out. Some of it is useful but the reality is not many people actually need to know the reasons and science behind the fire, so I'd suggest just sticking to questions that ensure people are safe and small fires can be put out safely.

Covers everything that you need to know in a clear and simple way without being repetitive. Definitely worth taking notes for the quiz at the end.

Fabulous course, really informative. I learnt how to use a fire blanket properly - I like that you can listen to the information and watch the demonstrations on fire blanket and extinguisher usage. It has been really helpful as the information in each section is summarised at the end; so easy to take notes and not miss anything out.

Informative but most I knew already so very tedious. I would have preferred to read a power point rather than have to wait for someone to finish speaking to me. I learn better through reading. Peoples voices grate on my nerves and I find it much easier to take in if I have the option to mute. I could have read transcript but I still then had to wait for the people to stop talking at me before I could move on. Irritating.

To increase my awareness of what to look out for and how to deal with a fire situation, should the need arise.

The summaries for each slide are all that are needed. The script itself would be enough. The pace of the whole thing is painfully slow. Is some of the content really necessary - especially the KS3 science bits?

Great course, well written, BUT there is a lot to take in and the time of 35 minutes allocated to review all 42 slides and do the test at the end is insufficient. It took me 50 minutes to complete the course. Other courses which I have completed were spot on with timing or just a few minutes over. Suggest you review the time allowed.

Very informative, well communicated and easy to follow

The course was good and covered everything. Very clear and helpful by asking questions part way through as I would have struggled to retain all that information.
