A clearer picture

I really enjoyed the training, knowing what the different fire extinguishers are and what they can do is helpful in school and home life. Hopefully I will never be in a position of being in a fire but will know how to keep myself and others safe. thank you.

Very effective

It was precise, to the point and highly informative.

Thorough, but why so slow

Content was thorough, but I wanted to read and test myself at my own pace. The slideshow pace was too slow and actually caused me to lose concentration.

Really good, clear and understandable.

Excellent, easy and quite enjoyable to do. A good length of time. No longer. Good graphics. Good presenters, easy to listen to. Questions through each section good and a good multi choice quiz at end, but again no longer.

5/5
good comprehensive training course

This is a solid course but perhaps an option could be given to choose to read the transcript for each section rather than have to watch the video of someone just talking at you to accommodate different learning styles. However having said that it was very useful to see video of "real life" situation like the smoke coming under the door. Also to see the actual use of the different fire extinguishers. I find this latter and the different types of fires the hardest things to remember and be confident about. The fire extinguishers table is a very useful resource which I have downloaded but not sure I would want to rely on reading it in a real life fire situation.
