Thank you for a great course. Course met my training needs. Very informative. I now have more knowledge of fire safety. I am confident in reducing the risks of fire in the workplace and at home.
The course is well constructed and goes into a huge amount of detail. It was easy to gather information about how fire starts, and what the main risks are as well as the signs to watch for. But I was frustrated that the key information about what fire extinguishers are best used for different fires is moved through fast and the key information is in additional information, not the main content
The course was well structured and intuitive. This meant the information provided was understood in a way that learning was achieved effectively, especially due to easy accessibility of the program on various mobile devices.
This course was easy to follow with its step by step format. The videos were excellent especially the ones showing how to use the fire extinguishers.

Although we assume that much of our understanding and action regarding fire is common sense, this training was an excellent reminder and update of information. It was clear, concise and very easy to follow.
