I thought the structure of the course was excellent - splitting up the information into a series of short videos made it a lot less daunting and meant I was only focusing on understanding and remembering one topic at a time.
As a retired Fire Safety Officer, I thought the training was not challenging enough and rather repetitive especially the extinguisher information. Probably I am being a bit harsh as this is not aim at someone who has 30+ years in the Fire Service.

Very well set out in nice small sections.
It was helpful to be able to see images and have different voices and faces to elevate familiarity. Well presented and relevant. Would be good to have the answer provided where we have made errors.
