We think we know what to do in an emergency and luckily there are few in our lives. But I am so relieved I have had this training! I feel more confident now as the main points were reinforced throughout the training and the summary quiz questions helped me remember key points. Many thanks.

great and to the point and spoke in clear text rather than jargon

Well presented, clear and precise, easy to understand proven in the 20/20 test at the end.

The questions made me have to think back really hard to what I had just listened to, annoyed I got one wrong! I didn’t know about the many different uses of fire extinguishers so that was great!

I thought the course was generally good ! , but I think the clips could have been blended together. 43 mini clips was extremely time consuming.
