Short, snappy slides made it easier to follow rather than a long narrative. Questions at the end were mostly fair and relevant to the course and the practical application of what we had gone through.

A great course, as a refresher, or as a new course. Good to keep knowledge updated and for staff to know the correct procedures. It is evryones responsibility to look after and protect the college and everyone who visits, works or studies in it.

I will certainly be more aware of the fire appliances and signs we have in school and the uses they have. This was a short but very detailed and informative training course and was just right for the type of learner I am i.e. need to see things demonstrated whilst explained-the summaries were very useful.
A clear, concise course that was easy to follow and gave very clear information.
