The questions do not take into account dyslexia. You seem to want to catch people out rather than ask pertinent questions based the information the training gave. Poor questioning and therefore poor training. Will not recommend
This training taught me what kinds of fire to be prepared for in my workplace and the science behind it. It was delivered in a concise way. I feel I've learnt a lot.

This course was functional and to the point, well delivered and broken down in to easy to watch chunks.
A genuinely useful and informative course, that was well structured and illustrated. The information was clear and easy to digest and at the end of the units I felt that I understood much more clearly about the nature and behaviour of fire, the different fire hazards, responsibilities within a building and the emergency procedures that should be followed in the event of a fire. The information about health and safety signs, the letters relating to different types of fire and when and how to use a particular extinguisher was particularly useful.
Increased my knowledge and most importantly my awareness and what to do in such a situation.
Explained everything that was needed in very short, straight forward chunks

Good bite size chunks of information delivered with a variety of presenters (voices). Good mix of audio and visual info and great that the pace of delivery can be personalised and/or paused as required.
Very informative and simple to understand.
