Very engaging videos with the option of added subtitles and transcript. The trainers made the information memorable and interesting.
I found the course very informative. It was easy to navigate and I like the fact you could access the transcript. This meant I could complete the course in a busy office without disturbing others.
Enjoyable and informative - visual aids and walk throughs are very beneficial. The test at the end asked all the important questions and the answers were all provided in the well-structured videos.
