The videos showing how to use the various types of equipment were helpful. The different extinguishers and equipment for use on different fires was quite confusing. Each video made sense but there are too many to really remember!

It was easy to follow this course. I found that it was possible to review the content easily...and to go back and listen again where this was useful.
enjoyed this course, as i could complete this in my own time which gave me a better understanding of fires, potential hazards and risks. also gave me more understanding of how to put out a small fire if confident.

I really found this course very informative. The video clips meant it was easier to take in and the the practicals showing how to use each extinguisher made their means of use clearer.
