The video didn’t work properly. I had to keep swishing and tapping the screen to get it to come on. Apart from that it was excellent and well explained etc.

A rather patronising presentation. Too much time was spent on stating the obvious, but not enough detail was given to what would have been really useful - ie knowing the different types of fire extinguishers.
The content was clearly explained, the graphics were very good and the whole course was well designed and followed a sensible pattern.

Fire safety is important but this course was too long with too much repetition and unnecessary terminology. This is like a poor lesson in school where the teacher loses the intensity of what he is saying. This could have been more concise with more attention paid to the serious side of things focusing on that rather than whether I understood the difference between convection, conduction and radiation.

I found this training very useful as its the first training I've received relating to the different types of fire extinguishers and what each one should be used for. Feel a bit more clued up now
