Course was very clear and informative

Enjoyed course very informative

Too much basic information

The course spent far too long on very basic information, which most primary school children will learn in science. The questions were simplistic, although the final one where you were expected to remember the colour of the label on a particular type of fire extinguisher was reliant on information that I would be surprised if most people could recall based on the training given. This was a very slow training for the amount of content covered and did not need to be on so many mini slide sections.

It's a very useful course

This course increased my awareness of the danger associated with fire, it also helped me to know how to act safely, reducing the risk of injury or loss of life in the event of blaze.

I liked this course.

I liked the way it gave examples of the typical sources of ignition in a school/college setting. I work in H&S and I can get confused about the different types of fire extinguishers that can be used on different classes of fire. I think the fire extinguisher section should be revised and made simpler. Maybe concentrate on water and Co2 fire extinguishers only and do another short but in-depth video geared towards staff who work in rooms with more fire hazards e.g. catering, science labs and motor vehicles classrooms etc. Then give viewers the opportunity to access the in-depth video if they work in areas that may need fire extinguishers other than water and CO2 to be used. But i fully understand you are covering all the bases in one video.I also think that you need to advise anyone purchasing this video as to whether or not anyone who watches this video and passes the test at the end is deemed in law to have had sufficient training to use a fire extinguisher.
