I found the course clear and informative. It related to situations that staff might encounter at school and it was reassuring that ways to deal with these situations were covered properly.

Things like this can be a little turgid despite their importance. But this vital knowledge has been effectively conveyed.

As a refresher, the course is too long. There should be a 15 minute refresher course of the key issues.

Very helpful and helpful

Some of the videos are not necessary as they are very basic and explain things more than once. It would be good to be able to skip through some of the sections that are repetitive especially as we take the same training each year.

I quite liked the verbal approach which brings the facts alive. It is well organized and very informative with specifically detailed information on key elements of fire safety. I appreciate the care taken to put the videos together; this kept me more engaged.

Helpful to learn the correct uses for fire different types of extinguishers.
