Interesting coarse,awareness of what to do in my workplace as a caretaker in a school .
The training does not allow you to fast forward and there were several glitches so my answers were not saved. The whole system crashed so I had to take the test again.

This course provides essential information that everyone should have. It was delivered and demonstrated in a way that is easily understood and remembered.
What went well: Easy to follow video tutorials. Each video has a specific point and summary, so it's easy to leave and come back to. Test at the end refers the user to the specific video if a mistake is made, and can be retaken. Even better if: Racially diverse presenters, and (for the fire safety) didn't follow gender stereotypes (the only man is demonstrating the various fire extinguishers).
